At checkout, you'll be able to schedule your video conference so that we can discuss your vision. After the conference, our team will begin producing/editing your custom video. You should expect to see your first proof via e-mail within 3 to 5 business days. Once you give your final approval of the video, we'll send the full resolution files and your order will then be then considered complete. If you aren't happy with your proof(s) we'll continue editing your video until the final product fits your vision.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your appointment will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
